The primary reason Diana never married MJ.(despite Promising him for yrs, and taking 2 rings) (I'm sure you've all guessed,) is because she could not handle the snide, and snarky remarks made by the  media,/ his snarky female fans, /and his mom. It's very weird to me that we WOC for the most part have absolutely NO problem with WW being loved and adored by their men. (I think ALL women should be)  But some of y'all have a serious problem when it comes to US being loved and adored by ANY MAN!! WTF!

 Case in pt. Tim Mcgraw and his lovely wife Faith Hill. Beautiful couple. Many of us WOC bask in their love (I know I certainly do!) They are a perfect picture of Soulmate type love that most of us dream about.  Sometimes seeing the love between them makes me cry because it's so beautiful...  I love that they love each other Sooooo much. 

Another exp. that comes to mind is Dolly Pardon and her hubby who she describes it as:  " I'm Married to my best friend!"  (So cute!)... A beautiful lifelong love, that All women deserve..

My point though, is that most   WOC have no problem with WW being loved, pampered and adored by your men, but Many WW don't share that sentiment, and have a serious problem seeing WOC  being loved and adored by Anyone!!!  Ofc Not all, but I notice the majority of nasty, belittling, mean spirited remarks, come from WW when they see WOC loved and adored!! I don't get that...

 Also, I notice, WW often claim ( almost desperately) that MJ and Di never had sex! WTF! Of course they did!! They were having so much sex, 

Diana's sister Rita talked yrs ago about MJ wearing Diana out so badly  on her modeling set, they had to give her oxygen! and she said that wasn't the first time!..

 She'd go off to lunch with MJ, things would get amorous, and she'd be so worn out, when she got back, they had to oxygenate her... 

And Diana's best friends, Lola Falana, Melba Moore, Debra chase..etc have said for yrs they (Mike and Di) would go off to the private Isl. MJ bought her in the 80s to be 'Alone' 

 I always wonder what the hell do some idiots think they were doing? "Playing cards?" 

They were doing what they ALWAYS did behind closed doors. Laughing, loving, kissing, touching, licking, sucking, etc. They were 'Enjoying each other' to the fullest, and reveling in their love!

By Ms Lemonhead, an alleged lic. Social worker( specializing in abused children... I DO NOT ANSWER THESE TYPES QUESTIONS - but I would presume yes he was at some point during his life, he never has or would have shared such offensive information with me.

Michael and his 4 older brothers lived with Diana Ross from 1969 until 1971 (a little over a year), until the Jackson family moved to California. During this time Diana Ross was the temporary guardian of the boys. 

Diana was a mother figure and protective. Michael who was 11 yrs old became smitten with Diana because of her nurturing, protectiveness, sex appeal, femininity, openness, and nonjudgemental demeanor all the things Michael felt he was lacking due to his father controlling and overbearing ways. One of the things that sealed the deal was when Diana witnessed Joseph Jackson's abusive behavior she stepped in to protect Michael and physically threaten Joseph, which is the only time someone stood up to Joseph for Michael (at that point). 

Michael saw Diana as an attractive sexy mother figure which is confusing for a young boy but normal usually with teachers. 

However, Berry Gordy thought about how to capitalize on the situation since Michael was a huge star and Diana was aging, Berry Gordy fan the fire to the rumor love affair to insinuate Diana still have what it takes to attract younger men even the most famous of them all, for Michael it wasn't a game. 

Eventually, Diana let Michael know it would never happen to the two of them and it had just been a cute joke. Michael felt hurt and betrayed especially since Diana had accepted several expensive gifts from Michael including a ring that she wore. 

Diana also behaved like a jealous lover when Michael publicly was on a date, so she didn’t see what she was doing as wrong, selfish, and hurtful only Diana can answer. Michael eventually got over the hurt and public humiliation and moved on. 

By 1987 MJ was over Diana Ross and true to MJ's personality when he's done, there's no changing his mind or going back. 

The Diana Ross story and narrative have grown legs and have blown way out of control. Yes, Michael Jackson had a crush on Diana Ross; but NO THEY WERE NOT SEXUALLY ACTIVE WITH EACH OTHER. 

Diana Ross looked at Michael Jackson like a kid, a little brother. Michael wasn't Diana Ross type of man she was attracted to, to be frank. Diana Ross didn't want children with another black man, the one she had wasn't planned. Diana wasn't attracted to young men, mild manner men, and Diana wanted a rich, very rich man. By the time Michael made a lot of money, after Thriller in 1984, Diana had already had her eye's on a multimillionaire who she still considers to be the love of her life. 

Diana Ross and Michael Jackson were similar to Michael Jackson and Elizabeth Taylor's relationship; except Diana sent mix-messages. Besides if Michael and Diana got into a relationship that would have been an issue for Berry Gordy. 

Diana was signed to Motown up until 1981 but resigned in 1989.I chose to believe it was unintentional but regardless, Diana did accept, ask and insinuate that she wanted certain gifts, and because of Michael's attraction and his belief that they were moving towards a relationship he purchased a lot of gifts for Diana; including houses, cars, jewelry, etc. Diana is a huge flirt and loved the attention of men, she's very jealous and possessive. The issue is Michael misread Diana’s feelings. It's debatable if Diana knew she was sending mixed messages. 

But there was NO SEX. Diana was never attracted to Michael Jackson that way. She was also friends with Katherine Jackson who would have never allowed a relationship, Katherine would have beaten Diana Ross down. Diana Ross was and is attracted to caucasian older men who are rich, famous, and have power. Michael's mild manner and good boy image and strict religious practice were not attractive to the aggressive dominant Diana Ross who wanted caucasian men just as aggressive. 

Regardless, of the P. Diddy story (that only came out after Michael's death), either Michael lied or Diddy lied because it didn't happen. Besides Michael was a private person and Diddy was friendly but only an associate, not a friend; why would Michael confide in Diddy? Michael referred to Diana as his “mother, lover, and sister all rolled into one.” Metaphorically speaking, 

Diana isn't Michael’s mother or sister and she wasn't his lover: it's how he saw her in his head and how he treated her at the time. Stop reading things into stories that don't exist. Tabloids want money and sex sells. Michael also push that story about Diana Ross, to keep the paparazzi from paying attention to the relationships he was having.

 If anyone listens to the Glenda and Rabbi Shmuley Boteach tapes they will hear in Michael’s own words that he doesn't find old attractive. When Michael was crushing on Diana he was 27 -year-old and Diana was 41 years old; by the time Michael turned 29 years old, he has not attracted anymore to Diana and only mentioned her in the past tense. Even in the Glenda tapes, which were recorded from 1990-1991.

 It's clear, he says he got over his crush on Diana Ross which was nothing more than a crush. The shrine (that picture only popped up after MJ's death) is something taken out of context. That was in the family's home in Hayvenhurst, that's not MJ's Neverland Ranch. First, If that was Neverland Ranch think about it Oprah Winfrey would have surely mentioned it during her interview when she mentioned she walked around MJ's entire house looking for an oxygen chamber or elephant man bones. In Neverland Ranch there were no Diana Ross pictures it was an outrageous large picture of Elizabeth Taylor that was autographed by MJ. 

Michael Jackson's reason behind leaving his children to Diana was that out of all the women MJ had met in his life, including Elizabeth Taylor he saw Diana Ross as having the understanding and ability to raise high-profile children. Diana Ross had stood up to Joseph Jackson on Michael's behavior, and Diana was a momma bear over her cubs. Michael knew that the children would be protected and safe.

 When the issue, if Paris had a public disagreement with members of the Jackson family, not one person came to protect and standby for Paris but Diana made it clear to everyone don't bother Paris again. That's exactly what MJ wanted he knew the paparazzi weren't going to leave his children alone. At the time he wrote the Will he wasn't in a “PUBLIC” relationship and if he left his children with someone close to him and the children who were a non-celebrity that person's identity would be made public and they would be subject to constant harassment from paparazzi. 

Grace Rwaramba was an obsessed employee who developed romantic interests in MJ which were not reciprocated. Diana has always been in a public relationship (although she's private), so when could she date Michael?

So let's just address SOME of these lies.... Because there are a TON of them...

1. She starts out saying, she does not answer these types of questions, then goes on to spew a page full of Lies

2. She said MJ and his brothers lived with Di over a yr. Except Ms Jackson in her book (My fam 1990) clearly says, she removed MJ after a few months because she worried he was overly attracted to Diana, and being inappropriate..

3. She claimed Di was a temp quardian of  MJ and his brothers, but Ms J. made it clear she would NEVER have given over guardianship of her children...

4. Lying Lemonhead, said Diana confronted Joe aggressively.  - Never happened. Diana and Joe did not like each other and Diana was afraid of him, which is why she avoided him, She never confronted him at all..😄 

5. She also claimed Berry set MJ up to act in 🤣 with Diana!  So I guess he decided to keep Pretending to be in 💘  with her the rest of his life huh !!! Too funny!!! 😂  😅   🤣!!

1991. MJ has publicity date with Madonna (Rec Co request) he ignores Maddy, and pulls Diana into his lap. He hugs and kisses her all eve, as if SHE were his date. People Mag wrote a scathing report a/b how rude he was to Madonna.. 

1992.  MJ dedicates Come together and RTT to Diana, and reminds her on Cd, that he loves her... 

1992. Night at the Apollo, Diana is his date, and he's hugging, kissing her, and holding on, like she's going to run away...lol..

5. He said, she didn't leave a letter she just up and walked away - That's exactly what Di did, and MANY of MJ's songs kept asking Why over and over again, Why she left him, what did he do wrong,  How could he get her back, etc... You get the picture,  WII, ITC, GITM, and a TON more songs were for her...In fact, MJ said MOST of them were for her...

She also claimed Oprah looked all over MJ's home during the interv, and saw no pictures of Diana! More lies. Oprah was ONLY able to take her fat ass where MJ ALLOWED her to go!! She NEVER had free reign  of His home, or permission to go look for Anything! 

But his brother Jermaine has spoken of the many Pics of Diana, and even talked about him taking pics of Diana WITH HIM everywhere he went, and of course y'all know he had 100s of pictures of her in his shrine, as well as a media rm with Pics of all his favorite ppl.

The Origins of B Howard....

Back in 1979/80 Miki Howard was a young, beautiful, aspiring soul singer. She was the protege of Joe Jackson. She was often at Havenhurst with his daughters, and MJ, and while his sons were overseas on their musical pursuits.

Miki came over to havenhurst regularly at this time. She came under the pretense of practice, but her main goal seemed to be to see Michael, whom she had a serious crush on. She would find all kinds of ways to get Michael alone, or follow him all over. They were all over the grounds, and grew quite close. Joe demanded Katherine STOP allowing them so much time alone, but she shooed  him off, she was so relieved to get his attention OFF of Diana Ross, (whom she had never been fond of) that she encouraged his time with Miki...

Joe had been Fired as MJ's manager that very year (79 ) as MJ decided to take control of his OWN career, and there was alot of tension betwn he and his father, whom he felt had been overly strict on him, and used him as perpetual bank. After Joe was terminated by MJ, he doubled down on his other sons lest he lose them too. Therefore, he was off with them for vast amts of time that yr, working on their projects. But Miki was given Carte Blanche to go over every day and practice... Ms Jackson was very fond of her, and encouraged her visits and her interest in Michael, and even gave her blessing to them running off alone all the time, that is until that fateful summer day....

It was almost August  of 1980 when Miki fearfully told Ms Jackson she was pregnant. Ms J. had been like a 2nd mother to her, and they were very close. She held her as she cried scared young girl tears. Then trepidly asked if MJ was the father?  Now, Miki MUST have said Yes, because MJ was confronted by his Parents, and he denied it. Joe overruled his objections and ordered a Paternity test. 

Now, obviously we are not privy to the results, but right after the test, The Jackson took over All care of the baby!! incl. Medical, physical, monetary needs.  On top of that, the baby was NAMED by Ms Jackson herself! And she named the baby a Sacrosanct name she had been saving for a first born of one of her sons!! 

The Name Origins...

Back in 1957, Ms Jackson gave birth to MJ's brother, Marlon Jackson. What many don't know is that Marlon was a TWIN. His twin did not make it and passed before birth. Ms Jackson sobbed as she held him and christened him BRANDON!! He was laid to rest in a private family plot, and Ms Jackson vowed to honor him by naming ONE of her son's first born son after him. And this sacred Family name was given to B Howard!! Let that sink in!...

After Brandon's birth, he was welcomed into the family home with loving arms. He grew up with the other Jackson children and says he knew nothing but Love. The Jacksons had him every summer, school break, Holiday, and special occasions. (Can you say-  Shared CUSTODY!) He calls them Auntie Jan, Latoya, Reebie, Grandma Kate Granpa Joe etc. He was completely provided for in every aspect, and The Jacksons' paid for ALL his expenses. He also spent vast amts of time with Michael and says MJ told him often he loved him. But it was his Uncle Marlon, he says who told him at age 7 Michael was his daddy but had not told him because he wanted him to have a Normal happy life. (without the Hollywood vampires that would come once they found out about his paternity) He grew up in the music biz and worked/ works with many of the same ppl his Father/Uncles worked with..

Miki on the other hand, still loves the Jacksons, and talks about how wonderful they were to her. She says they were the most loving GENEROUS ppl she's ever known

(that sounds like code for great child support to me) She also brags about how every one of her child's needs were met and she never had to worry like other single moms.

Miki's family says she's been bragging over 30+ yrs about having a baby for Michael!!

When MJ passed, Siggy Jackson said he went to the house to pick up his grandma to take her to the hospital, he said she and Brandon were both there crying in each  other's arm hysterically. 

At the hospital, Brandon called his mom, and she was screaming and crying, and told someone in the background. "My child's father just passed away!"

The red scarf Brandon often wears, was a gift from Michael, and he always carries it with him. On a talk show, he was asked about it, and he quietly said. "It was a gift from my father"

Brandon has had 3 DNA tests. The first one, the media claimed he cheated some type of way, so he and his Atty invited them to the next one. They never showed up but it declared MJ the father but Not sure of that %. But the last one said 98.4 % certainty that MJ WAS his Father!! But most of us already knew that by looking at him, Even the sound of his voice is Michael all day...

Recently someone asked Brandon why he does not come out and fully admit MJ is his father and why MJ never PUBLICLY admitted it. He was sitting next to Cory Feldman (friend of his) and he made a very interesting analogy. He said this...

" Say for instance I'm Cory's father. And I love him, and want the best for him, incl a NORMAL life"  So do I tell the world, and risk ruining his whole life? Or do I keep my mouth shut, and think of the best interest of my child? Do I want a vicious cold world to know about my precious son, or do I PROTECT him by keeping my mouth shut, but all the time letting him know that I love him, and I'm there for him? "

I really loved his answer because it really showed he had a strong grasp of the situation and KNEW his father was working in his best interest, He loved him. It's wonderful that Brandon KNOWS his dad loved him very much...

It's so weird to me that Some ppl actually get ANGRY over MJ having children! Like they honestly want to keep him all to themselves!! It's the weirdest thing.. As much as we love MJ, he was his OWN person, and had a right to live as HE saw fit... It's emotional stagnation to see it any other way...

But I digress. Lets talk about the Case and it's origins..And why Evan chandler hated MJ so much, that he told all these vicious lies...

MJ supposedly met June chandler in May of 1992, when her then hubby (David Schwartz ) introduced her to MJ. David owned a rent a wreck car loan Company, and MJ often rented ugly cars to throw off fans and press. He called his wife to tell her she would not believe who was there. When she found out it was Michael, she made a beeline for the shop.

  She acted star struck and shocked to see MJ, but she failed to mention that she already KNEW Michael!! She had met him in late 70s and knew him in early 80s.   I found it VERY odd that she didn't brag to hubby about already knowing Michael, she just acted like she'd never seen him before! 

(Lets but keep that info on the backburner for now)..  

June was divorced from a very opportunistic, greedy self centered abusive, cruel, money hungry POS named Evan. She supposedly had Jordy by Evan and her little girl Lily, by new hubby David.. 

Evan was married to a new woman,(Monique)  and had 2 more children by her. He never had time for any of his children, but always had time to start some shyt, or get in other ppl's biz to see where he could cause the most trouble. Both Monique and June say Evan all but ignored all of his children. and was a horrible, selfish, and dismissive father. He was a dentist in a very affluent suburb and pandered only to the Rich.. 

 He did not get along with June's new hubby, but would Still call him to brag or vent....

On to Michael....

In the 80s Michael had spent YEARS fighting both Ryan Oneal and Gene Simmons over Diana. He also felt he had to outwit and out charm every other guy who fell for her, and MANY men fell for Diana with her beauty, charm, and playful, flirty personality, she was like a Man magnet. In 1984 just as he thought he had finally won Diana, and began to plan a lavish wedding in Switzerland, You all know, that Diana got cold feet and ran off with Arne Naess. MJ was so devastated He spent yrs in therapy and on Anti Depressants.

In early 1990s when he ran into June, She must have seemed like a lifeline to him, someone he already knew, Someone he could get away from all the pain and stress with, and maybe even find love. He was very vulnerable at this point, because Diana had spent years keeping him in yoyo status. She was still sleeping with him, and telling him SOMEDAY they'd be together, And she even accepted a 2nd ring from MJ sometime in the 90s but she still refused to divorce her hubby, so of course Michael could not marry her, (as he admitted was his dream..)  He had spent millions on Di not to mention all the yrs he was unable to get back, he was angry and disillusioned, He didn't have a very high opinion of women at that time.. There was a interv MJ did around this time in which he angrily declared women were gold diggers and heart breakers! He looked like he had been crying, and we ALL know who he was referring to.. 

So when he met June, he was obviously ready to try his best to move on, June was a pretty Oriental lady and had 2 kids. Her 2 kids seemed to really love MJ. Michael liked her alot and began to take them many places. He and June got very close, and she was even at Neverland bossing around the staff (who didn't care for her too much). June separated from hubby #2 this same year (what a coincidence!) Soon she and MJ began to get hot and heavy. He was comfortable with her, and learning to trust again. He was happier than he had been in yrs..

For some strange reason hubby #1 Evan, is the one who had a problem with her spending vast amts of time with MJ. Even though he had a whole new family, he constantly complained, and asked over and over why she was spending so much time with Michael.  (who wouldn't WANT to spend time with Michael???) When they began taking trips in his private jet, and flying out to coveted games, Evan's anger and jealousy seemed to boil over. 

During this time, MJ bought June a very expensive  gold ,GF Cartier love bracelet. It was known in Hollywood that Rich men would often give these to their favorite women. Often right before an Engagement ring!  in Hollywood, everyone knew about these rings. but not many ppl outside the Ritzy City did. Evan had no idea about the bracelet until Nosey Reporters (always looking to stir the pot and get a hot story) called him and informed him that MJ was tooting around with his family and acting as if Evan's  son Jordy, belonged to Michael! Evan immed. saw Red. they also told him that June had KNOWN Michael in the late 70s / early 80s and then really upped the anty when they snarkily added,       (("And BTW,  WHY is the boy BLACK????!!! ))

Evan went ballistic. He grabbed old photo albums, and looked at pictures of Jordy and realized, he had alot of COLOR! Far Too much for a kid with an Asian Mom and white father!!  He called June screaming at her, but she refused to answer his questions, incl the Main one ( Is Evan even MY SON or is he MICHAEL'S!!??) June kept saying it was all ridiculous, but she refused to elaborate...

"Are you f*cking Michael??? He demanded to know. June tried to side step the question, but he kept asking until she finally exploded.  "Its none of your business! but YES!! I'm fucking him ok!  Evan was boiling angry. He asked her if she had been doing Mike yrs ago in the early 80s, she refused to answer, and hung up.  Evan vowed to get revenge on MJ for F*cking HIS WIFE (even though she was David's wife then, and not his)

He said he was going to make Michael pay, 

 Soon reporters called to tell him about the bracelet and what it meant, and he grew even angrier. He  looked for the most evil lawyer he could find, then bragged about how the man had NO morals and they were going to rip MJ's life apart.  He threatened MJ and told him if he did not give him millions he was going to say MJ was messing with "His" son. Michael told him to go to hell. Evan tried to get June's current husband on his side but David said the allegations were baseless and untrue. This was July of 1993. Evan jumped on him and gave him a black eye before he could be pulled off. David claimed, As Evan was pulled away from him,  he spit in his face....

When they all met in Larry Feldman's office, in Aug of 1993, David Schwartz (June's husband at that time) was having alot of guilt and told everyone, this was nothing but a giant Extortion, and he would not go along with it.  He yelled that MJ had NEVER touched the boy in any inappropriate way, Evan jumped up and punched David so hard, he lost consciousness, this time David sued him.... June claimed she kept telling Evan nothing happened but she said she was scared after he knocked David out, and so she shut up..Evan and his snake lawyer never called the police, they just kept pushing for money!! MJ refused to pay, He held out a long time even when AIG and his Mgmt told him of all ppl who would lose their jobs with families to feed, He knew he was innocent, and he wanted to go to trial, but Tom Sneddom the racist prosecutor (who always referred to MJ as that ( Rich, Pretty Nigg*r) refused to let MJ do the trial UNTIL HE PAID THE MONEY!! 

This is unconstitutional as hell (Kinda like the way the biased Judge is doing Trump right now, 

( imposing a ridiculous monetary fine on him of over 300 million dollars,  and refusing to allow him to appeal until he PAYS !!! Regardless of how you feel about MJ or Trump the law is supposed to be UNBIASED , FAIR  and IMPARTIAL!  What these men did amts to Legal chicanery and extortion. Sneddon was so crooked, he was even known to use his agents to break into the lawyer's offices of people he was trying to have prosecuted ( usually on trumped up charges) and he would have all exculpatory evidence STOLEN from their lawyers' office!! If anyone tried to stop him, he would bring them up on fake charges and arrest them...

Anyway MJ's Insurance AIG told Evan and his Atty, that if the boy had been improperly touched, they would have to launch an investigation to substantiate the charges before paying. Evan and his snake Atty immed DROPPED the molestation chgs and Resued for NEGLECT!! Now they claimed MJ befriended the boy and then abandoned him, and it caused him great emotional turmoil and distress. AIG Paid around 15 million, dollars, (bcuz MJ refused, They then took the money from MJ"s tour revenue!!   

 

Afterwards Evan told his brother, it served MJ right for F*cking HIS wife. He then promptly quit work, and fought June tooth and nail for custody of Jordan. He had NO interest in his other children only Jordan,. Somehow he got Temporary custody, and began to live on Jordy's money. He refused to work, or pay child support for his minor children, he just lived on Jordy. But Jordy was telling everyone he knew that NOTHING Happened and MJ NEVER touched him in any way that would be considered inappropriate... Jordie claimed Evan, (who was a dentist) had given him something during a routine exam that caused him to be out of it, and agree to the lies his father told..

Meantime in early 1994 Monique sued Evan for 64,000 in back child support. He was scheduled to be arrested, and  came up with a new scheme. He tried to resue Michael for another 60 million dollars payable to HIM saying that Michael had torn his family apart, and he needed 60 million for therapy!! He also wanted Michael to fund his musical career and he wanted his first song to be called Evan's Song where he planned to sing about his Son being molested!!! 

Although Jordy was NOT molested (and admits that... This time Thomas Miseaureau was on the case! and he made sure the Jury heard  Evan ON TAPE saying he was going to destroy Michael if he did not get what he wanted (money of course)  He was talking to David before they fell out, and David asked him what about the trauma to his son, to which he responded. " I don't give a damn about that!!" If this mother fucker does not Pay me what I want, he will be ruined!"

TM made sure the Jury knew exactly what type of man Evan was, and the case was thrown out. Next  Evan tried to fight his son for HIS money, Jordy had himself emancipated from his greedy parents and moved away. but later, Evan had the nerve to file a lawsuit to gain control of his son's trust fund! It was also thrown out, and shortly after, Evan attacked Jordy and tried to kill him by hitting him in the head with a 12lb weight pepper spraying him in the face and Choking him until someone pulled him off. Jordie ran and got a TRO against Evan this time.,  and began telling ppl EVAN was a monster, and had forced him to Lie on Michael. He called MJ to apologize saying his father had drugged him to say something happened when it didn't. Michael said he forgave him, but did not want any further communication.. 

Four months after our Precious Michael passed in 2009, Evan took his own sorry ass life. Good Riddance....

The richest music catalog deal to date would give Sony half of Jackson’s recorded music and songwriting rights, valuing the total collection at $1.2 billion or more...

I am absolutely LIVID!!  All Moonwalkers KNOW exactly how our beautiful Michael felt about Sony!!!

I honestly cannot believe his greedy ass family would sell his Legacy to the VERY ppl who hurt, sabotaged, and maligned him!!  Michael could not stand Sony!! How dare his greedy ass family sell his catalog to them!  

This is Unbelievable, Just like MJ said, Anything, for Money!  The estate, the family, the friends, the Fans, Everyone knows how MJ felt about Sony, Yet you overrule his feelings and give his legacy to the very ppl who were trying to sabotage him because he would not jump thru their hoops. 

And rumor is Sony is going to begin to limit the King's music on YT and other sites!! Reportedly, several songs are already gone!! They are already denying Moonwalkers the Oppty to listen to the king at our leisure! I am beyond angry! Michael didn't leave these Vultures enough money?? They need to sell his very Legacy to his Enemies?? This is Sooooo sad. Michael had the damndest time trying to find ppl he could trust! Everyone seemed out for themselves, and even after he passed, the vultures are STILL after him!! It's disgusting. 

John Branca is claiming because only 1/2 the catalog was sold, they still have control. I don't see it. Because Sony is already taking some of his precious music DOWN! So how could the Estate claim to still have control?

What do you guys think? I can't believe they went against MJ's wishes this way! He went out of his way to KEEP his catalog away from Sony. This just feels like a slap in the face!! Can you believe they did this???

What happened at 05 Trial- few know about??

Even Snow White, and older, I find MJ to be ravishingly Beautiful!

Tom said that at MJ's 2005 trial, he was understandably gaunt, depressed and very sad. He said MJ felt as if the world was turning it's back on him because of all the media lies. .

Several ppl turned their backs on him including Lisa Marie. She was actually all over the media mocking him in the Nat. Papers, and laughing that his nose would soon fall off.  She was the epitome of betrayal. Even laughed at him with Marilyn Manson, and told RS, She had never seen him without Make up, and who the fuck knew what was under there! She battered and bullied him so badly, Tom Sneddon put her on the witness to testify AGAINST him!  This is the SAME person, who later claimed, she was always in his corner- and always loved him!!! 

Anyway, Meseereau talked about MJ being so depressed and upset, he feared for his life. He called MANY of his so called friends, like Cory, Aaron, and a few other fare weathered friends who made excuses and got off the phone. He said he decided NOT to tell MJ at the risk of him collapsing due to the Onerous burden of stress, accusations, and  insinuations.. (Despite the FBI (top law enforcement in the world) clearing him in a 10Yr investigation and having a 98% success record!! Many SICK ppl WANTED Him to be guilty so badly so they could have a reason to hate him, insted of having to reveal the REAL ONE- Pure Jealousy...

Tom Sneddon was offering everything but a Mercedes to ppl willing to fabricate stories on MJ. and that's NOT supposition. Several ppl went to the DA and complained that Sneddon's office was corrupt, and was paying for false testimonies against MJ.  Sneddon was blinded by racial hatred and animosity, and hated Rich non whites more than anything. Nancy Grace, Sawyer, Randy Tamborelli, and others of that ilk regularly LIED on MJ. They stalked and bullied him unmercifully, almost too death!! He couldn't breathe without their jealous lying Pens going into overdrive to castigate, ridicule, and malign him. And NO, Randy and MJ were NOT friends. MJ actually despised him since he made a lying book on Diana yrs ago. He never forgave him, and tried hard to get Di to Sue. but she said it would only give it more publicity...

Anyway, Sneddon was the one who had gotten a court order to force MJ to STRIP in front of them in trial #!  He claimed the kid had seen MJ's dick, and said it was speckled, and Circumcised. He wasn't, and nothing the coerced kid said, had matched. But that had not stopped them from putting their filthy hands on him, taking pictures of his dick, touching him, and gleefully dragging the process out to maximize the pain, horror, and trauma!  

To this day, I still do not know of ANYONE treated like this!!  Meseareau said the same. He said he NEVER would have allowed that to happen!! That he would have filed so many Civil right Lawsuits,   it would have made their heads spin! I still cannot understand how Johnny (Cochran) allowed that to happen.  I remember losing all faith and respect for him after that. If you cannot stop your client from being STRIPPED and examined NAKED like a fucking horse, Then you are a highly OVERRATED Atty. in my book!!

 I'm sure Cochran tried, but he was UNABLE to keep MJ from being horribly humiliated and treated like a  Farm Animal!! Having his private parts TOUCHED /EXAMINED / and PHOTOGRAPHED by these perverted, Sadistic Racist, Demons!!  I remember Johhny saying MJ was almost catatonic with humiliation and horror! He said he began screaming that he wasn't an animal, and they had NO right!!  I wish Meseareau. had been there, then. I honestly just feel like Johnny did a horrible job at that time... 

Anyway back to the trial of 2005, MJ was being put through hell by a minion of demons again.  But I was very grateful, he had a pack of SOLID friends this time.  Tom Mesereau  said he worried about him all the time because he had been put through so much by greedy extortionists. But the saving grace was MJ's group of Solid friends incl Tucker, Spike, Akon, Teddy, Eddie Griffen. etc.  He said  the point at which he KNEW the tide was about to change, and MJ would be ok, was when he got a phone call from Diana! 

She said she was going to testify for Mikey and she didn't care what either of them had to say about it! Meseareu said he was floored bc he KNEW MJ would Never let her do it, but he figured just seeing her would do wonders for his mental state. so he told her to come on out..

 Diana flew in, and was going over discovery intel with Tom when MJ came in! He freaked when he saw her.  He screamed, and grabbed her in a tight bear hug He had her wrapped  so tight, in his arms, The guard looked worried! MJ had his face buried deep in her hair.  He kept saying:  "Oh my God baby_ I can't believe you're here!! I love you soooo much!! 

Tom said HE almost cried as he watched them kiss, and cling to each other..... 

But all too soon, Mike told her again, he loved her, & her being there meant the world to him, but she had to Go.  He said he would NEVER let the Media come for 'His baby' and she HAD to get her pretty ass back on that plane and leave. Tom said Michael was very worried about the media targeting her.. 

So, According to Tom (and others) Diana rly did want to testify, but MJ put his foot down, and forbid it. He adamantly refused. He needed her, but still  wouldn't consider it.  Tom said, He was very worried about the media targeting her,  they were both crying when the guard pulled Di from his arms, n took her away... but afterwards,  Tom said  MJ was smiling thru his tears. He said over and over, 

"You see that shit Tom?  I told you she loved me!!'

 He said MJ was smiling for the first time in ages, and smiled the rest of the night... 

Reportedly, the next day, he looked like a different man..  Soon after, they won,  MJ hired a look alike to dance happily with his fans, while he snuck off to Italy to be with Diana ....

I have mixed feelings. I'm glad she was there, but it doesn't make up for all the times she should have come out of the closet, and admitted they were tog'r.  He DESERVED to be acknowledged.

 But I won't take anything from her. I think her being there, probably gave him the courage face all that undeserved hatred and jealousy.  I rarely commend her, but I will for that. God knows he loved her more than anything, so that was MAJOR for him, that she came/ & showed she had his back...

Also,  I thank Chris Tucker, Akon, Teddy, Spike, Eddie, David Gest and many other friends, also flew in, and were happy to testify for Mike. Seems, when Mike  learned about this, It seemed  to restore alot of faith in his soul.... It meant alot to him..  Mike reportedly said, Well Tom, that's ONE way to find out who your REAL friends are...

Thank God MJ had people who REALLY loved him, and stood by him. I'm SHOCKED Diana was one, but I'll give credit where it's due. She at least flew out to testify, and I'm sure she knew EVERYTHING would have come out, when she did it,yet she still did, so I thank her..

It was a major sacrifice on her part, bc we  ALL know how private she is...  Her being there must have meant Everything to MJ.   Everyone who showed up, and put everything on the line, to protect the King, THANK YOU!!  

Just one question.  Are you guys shocked, Diana came through for him? Or did you expect it?
