Today we will discuss the Chandler case and the song it inspired. And NO> BOTDF was not about Diana...

As yall have prob. figured out by now, Michael recorded his whole life in his songs. Probably 85% of his songs are for DIANA, but some are other ppl or other events. I don't believe ANY are for LISA. 6 months into that Fake marriage and I think he was totally done with her. That's why his mom had to BEG him to even help Lisa find a good doc in 96 when she had Mercury Poisoning... 

But I digress. Lets talk about the Case and it's origins..And why Evan chandler hated MJ so much, that he told all these vicious lies...

MJ supposedly met June chandler in May of 1992, when her then hubby (David Schwartz ) introduced her to MJ. David owned a rent a wreck car loan Company, and MJ often rented ugly cars to throw off fans and press. He called his wife to tell her she would not believe who was there. When she found out it was Michael, she made a beeline for the shop.

  She acted star struck and shocked to see MJ, but she failed to mention that she already KNEW Michael!! She had met him in late 70s and knew him in early 80s.   I found it VERY odd that she didn't brag to hubby about already knowing Michael, she just acted like she'd never seen him before! 

(Lets but keep that info on the backburner for now)..  

June was divorced from a very opportunistic, greedy self centered abusive, cruel, money hungry POS named Evan. She supposedly had Jordy by Evan and her little girl Lily, by new hubby David.. 

Evan was married to a new woman,(Monique)  and had 2 more children by her. He never had time for any of his children, but always had time to start some shyt, or get in other ppl's biz to see where he could cause the most trouble. Both Monique and June say Evan all but ignored all of his children. and was a horrible, selfish, and dismissive father. He was a dentist in a very affluent suburb and pandered only to the Rich.. 

 He did not get along with June's new hubby, but would Still call him to brag or vent....

On to Michael....

In the 80s Michael had spent YEARS fighting both Ryan Oneal and Gene Simmons over Diana. He also felt he had to outwit and out charm every other guy who fell for her, and MANY men fell for Diana with her beauty, charm, and playful, flirty personality, she was like a Man magnet. In 1984 just as he thought he had finally won Diana, and began to plan a lavish wedding in Switzerland, You all know, that Diana got cold feet and ran off with Arne Naess. MJ was so devastated He spent yrs in therapy and on Anti Depressants.

In early 1990s when he ran into June, She must have seemed like a lifeline to him, someone he already knew, Someone he could get away from all the pain and stress with, and maybe even find love. He was very vulnerable at this point, because Diana had spent years keeping him in yoyo status. She was still sleeping with him, and telling him SOMEDAY they'd be together, And she even accepted a 2nd ring from MJ sometime in the 90s but she still refused to divorce her hubby, so of course Michael could not marry her, (as he admitted was his dream..)  He had spent millions on Di not to mention all the yrs he was unable to get back, he was angry and disillusioned, He didn't have a very high opinion of women at that time.. There was a interv MJ did around this time in which he angrily declared women were gold diggers and heart breakers! He looked like he had been crying, and we ALL know who he was referring to.. 

So when he met June, he was obviously ready to try his best to move on, June was a pretty Oriental lady and had 2 kids. Her 2 kids seemed to really love MJ. Michael liked her alot and began to take them many places. He and June got very close, and she was even at Neverland bossing around the staff (who didn't care for her too much). June separated from hubby #2 this same year (what a coincidence!) Soon she and MJ began to get hot and heavy. He was comfortable with her, and learning to trust again. He was happier than he had been in yrs..

For some strange reason hubby #1 Evan, is the one who had a problem with her spending vast amts of time with MJ. Even though he had a whole new family, he constantly complained, and asked over and over why she was spending so much time with Michael.  (who wouldn't WANT to spend time with Michael???) When they began taking trips in his private jet, and flying out to coveted games, Evan's anger and jealousy seemed to boil over. 

During this time, MJ bought June a very expensive  gold ,GF Cartier love bracelet. It was known in Hollywood that Rich men would often give these to their favorite women. Often right before an Engagement ring!  in Hollywood, everyone knew about these rings. but not many ppl outside the Ritzy City did. Evan had no idea about the bracelet until Nosey Reporters (always looking to stir the pot and get a hot story) called him and informed him that MJ was tooting around with his family and acting as if Evan's  son Jordy, belonged to Michael! Evan immed. saw Red. they also told him that June had KNOWN Michael in the late 70s / early 80s and then really upped the anty when they snarkily added,       (("And BTW,  WHY is the boy BLACK????!!! ))

Evan went ballistic. He grabbed old photo albums, and looked at pictures of Jordy and realized, he had alot of COLOR! Far Too much for a kid with an Asian Mom and white father!!  He called June screaming at her, but she refused to answer his questions, incl the Main one ( Is Evan even MY SON or is he MICHAEL'S!!??) June kept saying it was all ridiculous, but she refused to elaborate...

"Are you f*cking Michael??? He demanded to know. June tried to side step the question, but he kept asking until she finally exploded.  "Its none of your business! but YES!! I'm fucking him ok!  Evan was boiling angry. He asked her if she had been doing Mike yrs ago in the early 80s, she refused to answer, and hung up.  Evan vowed to get revenge on MJ for F*cking HIS WIFE (even though she was David's wife then, and not his)

He said he was going to make Michael pay, 

 Soon reporters called to tell him about the bracelet and what it meant, and he grew even angrier. He  looked for the most evil lawyer he could find, then bragged about how the man had NO morals and they were going to rip MJ's life apart.  He threatened MJ and told him if he did not give him millions he was going to say MJ was messing with "His" son. Michael told him to go to hell. Evan tried to get June's current husband on his side but David said the allegations were baseless and untrue. This was July of 1993. Evan jumped on him and gave him a black eye before he could be pulled off. David claimed, As Evan was pulled away from him,  he spit in his face....

When they all met in Larry Feldman's office, in Aug of 1993, David Schwartz (June's husband at that time) was having alot of guilt and told everyone, this was nothing but a giant Extortion, and he would not go along with it.  He yelled that MJ had NEVER touched the boy in any inappropriate way, Evan jumped up and punched David so hard, he lost consciousness, this time David sued him.... June claimed she kept telling Evan nothing happened but she said she was scared after he knocked David out, and so she shut up..Evan and his snake lawyer never called the police, they just kept pushing for money!! MJ refused to pay, He held out a long time even when AIG and his Mgmt told him of all ppl who would lose their jobs with families to feed, He knew he was innocent, and he wanted to go to trial, but Tom Sneddom the racist prosecutor (who always referred to MJ as that ( Rich, Pretty Nigg*r) refused to let MJ do the trial UNTIL HE PAID THE MONEY!! 

This is unconstitutional as hell (Kinda like the way the biased Judge is doing Trump right now, 

( imposing a ridiculous monetary fine on him of over 300 million dollars,  and refusing to allow him to appeal until he PAYS !!! Regardless of how you feel about MJ or Trump the law is supposed to be UNBIASED , FAIR  and IMPARTIAL!  What these men did amts to Legal chicanery and extortion. Sneddon was so crooked, he was even known to use his agents to break into the lawyer's offices of people he was trying to have prosecuted ( usually on trumped up charges) and he would have all exculpatory evidence STOLEN from their lawyers' office!! If anyone tried to stop him, he would bring them up on fake charges and arrest them...

Anyway MJ's Insurance AIG told Evan and his Atty, that if the boy had been improperly touched, they would have to launch an investigation to substantiate the charges before paying. Evan and his snake Atty immed DROPPED the molestation chgs and Resued for NEGLECT!! Now they claimed MJ befriended the boy and then abandoned him, and it caused him great emotional turmoil and distress. AIG Paid around 15 million, dollars, (bcuz MJ refused, They then took the money from MJ"s tour revenue!!   

 

Afterwards Evan told his brother, it served MJ right for F*cking HIS wife. He then promptly quit work, and fought June tooth and nail for custody of Jordan. He had NO interest in his other children only Jordan,. Somehow he got Temporary custody, and began to live on Jordy's money. He refused to work, or pay child support for his minor children, he just lived on Jordy. But Jordy was telling everyone he knew that NOTHING Happened and MJ NEVER touched him in any way that would be considered inappropriate... Jordie claimed Evan, (who was a dentist) had given him something during a routine exam that caused him to be out of it, and agree to the lies his father told..

Meantime in early 1994 Monique sued Evan for 64,000 in back child support. He was scheduled to be arrested, and  came up with a new scheme. He tried to resue Michael for another 60 million dollars payable to HIM saying that Michael had torn his family apart, and he needed 60 million for therapy!! He also wanted Michael to fund his musical career and he wanted his first song to be called Evan's Song where he planned to sing about his Son being molested!!! 

Although Jordy was NOT molested (and admits that... This time Thomas Miseaureau was on the case! and he made sure the Jury heard  Evan ON TAPE saying he was going to destroy Michael if he did not get what he wanted (money of course)  He was talking to David before they fell out, and David asked him what about the trauma to his son, to which he responded. " I don't give a damn about that!!" If this mother fucker does not Pay me what I want, he will be ruined!"

TM made sure the Jury knew exactly what type of man Evan was, and the case was thrown out. Next  Evan tried to fight his son for HIS money, Jordy had himself emancipated from his greedy parents and moved away. but later, Evan had the nerve to file a lawsuit to gain control of his son's trust fund! It was also thrown out, and shortly after, Evan attacked Jordy and tried to kill him by hitting him in the head with a 12lb weight pepper spraying him in the face and Choking him until someone pulled him off. Jordie ran and got a TRO against Evan this time.,  and began telling ppl EVAN was a monster, and had forced him to Lie on Michael. He called MJ to apologize saying his father had drugged him to say something happened when it didn't. Michael said he forgave him, but did not want any further communication.. 

Four months after our Precious Michael passed in 2009, Evan took his own sorry ass life. Good Riddance....

The richest music catalog deal to date would give Sony half of Jackson’s recorded music and songwriting rights, valuing the total collection at $1.2 billion or more...

I am absolutely LIVID!!  All Moonwalkers KNOW exactly how our beautiful Michael felt about Sony!!!

I honestly cannot believe his greedy ass family would sell his Legacy to the VERY ppl who hurt, sabotaged, and maligned him!!  Michael could not stand Sony!! How dare his greedy ass family sell his catalog to them!  

This is Unbelievable, Just like MJ said, Anything, for Money!  The estate, the family, the friends, the Fans, Everyone knows how MJ felt about Sony, Yet you overrule his feelings and give his legacy to the very ppl who were trying to sabotage him because he would not jump thru their hoops. 

And rumor is Sony is going to begin to limit the King's music on YT and other sites!! Reportedly, several songs are already gone!! They are already denying Moonwalkers the Oppty to listen to the king at our leisure! I am beyond angry! Michael didn't leave these Vultures enough money?? They need to sell his very Legacy to his Enemies?? This is Sooooo sad. Michael had the damndest time trying to find ppl he could trust! Everyone seemed out for themselves, and even after he passed, the vultures are STILL after him!! It's disgusting. 

John Branca is claiming because only 1/2 the catalog was sold, they still have control. I don't see it. Because Sony is already taking some of his precious music DOWN! So how could the Estate claim to still have control?

What do you guys think? I can't believe they went against MJ's wishes this way! He went out of his way to KEEP his catalog away from Sony. This just feels like a slap in the face!! Can you believe they did this???

What happened at 05 Trial- few know about??

Even Snow White, and older, I find MJ to be ravishingly Beautiful!

Tom said that at MJ's 2005 trial, he was understandably gaunt, depressed and very sad. He said MJ felt as if the world was turning it's back on him because of all the media lies. .

Several ppl turned their backs on him including Lisa Marie. She was actually all over the media mocking him in the Nat. Papers, and laughing that his nose would soon fall off.  She was the epitome of betrayal. Even laughed at him with Marilyn Manson, and told RS, She had never seen him without Make up, and who the fuck knew what was under there! She battered and bullied him so badly, Tom Sneddon put her on the witness to testify AGAINST him!  This is the SAME person, who later claimed, she was always in his corner- and always loved him!!! 

Anyway, Meseereau talked about MJ being so depressed and upset, he feared for his life. He called MANY of his so called friends, like Cory, Aaron, and a few other fare weathered friends who made excuses and got off the phone. He said he decided NOT to tell MJ at the risk of him collapsing due to the Onerous burden of stress, accusations, and  insinuations.. (Despite the FBI (top law enforcement in the world) clearing him in a 10Yr investigation and having a 98% success record!! Many SICK ppl WANTED Him to be guilty so badly so they could have a reason to hate him, insted of having to reveal the REAL ONE- Pure Jealousy...

Tom Sneddon was offering everything but a Mercedes to ppl willing to fabricate stories on MJ. and that's NOT supposition. Several ppl went to the DA and complained that Sneddon's office was corrupt, and was paying for false testimonies against MJ.  Sneddon was blinded by racial hatred and animosity, and hated Rich non whites more than anything. Nancy Grace, Sawyer, Randy Tamborelli, and others of that ilk regularly LIED on MJ. They stalked and bullied him unmercifully, almost too death!! He couldn't breathe without their jealous lying Pens going into overdrive to castigate, ridicule, and malign him. And NO, Randy and MJ were NOT friends. MJ actually despised him since he made a lying book on Diana yrs ago. He never forgave him, and tried hard to get Di to Sue. but she said it would only give it more publicity...

Anyway, Sneddon was the one who had gotten a court order to force MJ to STRIP in front of them in trial #!  He claimed the kid had seen MJ's dick, and said it was speckled, and Circumcised. He wasn't, and nothing the coerced kid said, had matched. But that had not stopped them from putting their filthy hands on him, taking pictures of his dick, touching him, and gleefully dragging the process out to maximize the pain, horror, and trauma!  

To this day, I still do not know of ANYONE treated like this!!  Meseareau said the same. He said he NEVER would have allowed that to happen!! That he would have filed so many Civil right Lawsuits,   it would have made their heads spin! I still cannot understand how Johnny (Cochran) allowed that to happen.  I remember losing all faith and respect for him after that. If you cannot stop your client from being STRIPPED and examined NAKED like a fucking horse, Then you are a highly OVERRATED Atty. in my book!!

 I'm sure Cochran tried, but he was UNABLE to keep MJ from being horribly humiliated and treated like a  Farm Animal!! Having his private parts TOUCHED /EXAMINED / and PHOTOGRAPHED by these perverted, Sadistic Racist, Demons!!  I remember Johhny saying MJ was almost catatonic with humiliation and horror! He said he began screaming that he wasn't an animal, and they had NO right!!  I wish Meseareau. had been there, then. I honestly just feel like Johnny did a horrible job at that time... 

Anyway back to the trial of 2005, MJ was being put through hell by a minion of demons again.  But I was very grateful, he had a pack of SOLID friends this time.  Tom Mesereau  said he worried about him all the time because he had been put through so much by greedy extortionists. But the saving grace was MJ's group of Solid friends incl Tucker, Spike, Akon, Teddy, Eddie Griffen. etc.  He said  the point at which he KNEW the tide was about to change, and MJ would be ok, was when he got a phone call from Diana! 

She said she was going to testify for Mikey and she didn't care what either of them had to say about it! Meseareu said he was floored bc he KNEW MJ would Never let her do it, but he figured just seeing her would do wonders for his mental state. so he told her to come on out..

 Diana flew in, and was going over discovery intel with Tom when MJ came in! He freaked when he saw her.  He screamed, and grabbed her in a tight bear hug He had her wrapped  so tight, in his arms, The guard looked worried! MJ had his face buried deep in her hair.  He kept saying:  "Oh my God baby_ I can't believe you're here!! I love you soooo much!! 

Tom said HE almost cried as he watched them kiss, and cling to each other..... 

But all too soon, Mike told her again, he loved her, & her being there meant the world to him, but she had to Go.  He said he would NEVER let the Media come for 'His baby' and she HAD to get her pretty ass back on that plane and leave. Tom said Michael was very worried about the media targeting her.. 

So, According to Tom (and others) Diana rly did want to testify, but MJ put his foot down, and forbid it. He adamantly refused. He needed her, but still  wouldn't consider it.  Tom said, He was very worried about the media targeting her,  they were both crying when the guard pulled Di from his arms, n took her away... but afterwards,  Tom said  MJ was smiling thru his tears. He said over and over, 

"You see that shit Tom?  I told you she loved me!!'

 He said MJ was smiling for the first time in ages, and smiled the rest of the night... 

Reportedly, the next day, he looked like a different man..  Soon after, they won,  MJ hired a look alike to dance happily with his fans, while he snuck off to Italy to be with Diana ....

I have mixed feelings. I'm glad she was there, but it doesn't make up for all the times she should have come out of the closet, and admitted they were tog'r.  He DESERVED to be acknowledged.

 But I won't take anything from her. I think her being there, probably gave him the courage face all that undeserved hatred and jealousy.  I rarely commend her, but I will for that. God knows he loved her more than anything, so that was MAJOR for him, that she came/ & showed she had his back...

Also,  I thank Chris Tucker, Akon, Teddy, Spike, Eddie, David Gest and many other friends, also flew in, and were happy to testify for Mike. Seems, when Mike  learned about this, It seemed  to restore alot of faith in his soul.... It meant alot to him..  Mike reportedly said, Well Tom, that's ONE way to find out who your REAL friends are...

Thank God MJ had people who REALLY loved him, and stood by him. I'm SHOCKED Diana was one, but I'll give credit where it's due. She at least flew out to testify, and I'm sure she knew EVERYTHING would have come out, when she did it,yet she still did, so I thank her..

It was a major sacrifice on her part, bc we  ALL know how private she is...  Her being there must have meant Everything to MJ.   Everyone who showed up, and put everything on the line, to protect the King, THANK YOU!!  

Just one question.  Are you guys shocked, Diana came through for him? Or did you expect it?

Like she means the world to him (And MJ admitted that Diana  did indeed mean the World to him). He can't even hide how much she means to him. His whole being is alive, and drawn to, her..

Now look below, He is POSING for the camera NOT thinking about Lisa at all.  In 2 and 3 His lips are closed tighter than a vault in Ft Knox! It's STAGED  Just like GM said it was.

He certainly cared about Lisa, but the great love her fans dream of is for the woman on TOP, it was never for Lisa....

Seeing what's actually there....

 Alot of Lisa Stans want desperately to believe Mike wrote songs about her, and loved her very much. They get extremely angry when you present evidence to the contrary. But I just believe in keeping it real. Besides, all that photo shop they do, should let them know what's up. That is if MJ getting another woman prego 3 mos after faux vows, refusing to LIVE with Lisa, ignoring her till she cried to his Mama, didn't tell them...

He WAS attracted to Lisa, so what went wrong?

MJ cared for her, and at first seemed very attracted to her.  She was a very pretty woman, and was very interesting. And of course, her last name made her even MORE interesting. At first they were good friends, and MJ  told Ebony, he was touched by the way she would cry at how the press treated him, and how she always called to check on him. He said she called constantly, and would get upset if she couldn't reach him.  ( though, later on, Lisa claimed HE was the one calling her constantly- Ofc, she lied bc she was very prideful )  

MJ seemed to feel, at that time, that she was on his side, and was someone he could count/depend on. Someone, who would have his back.  SADLY< HE WAS WRONG!!...

Lisa later, became something of a nightmare  to Mike, when he tried to end things, she trashed him endlessly, for over a DECADE!! Let that sink in!! She made mocking jokes of him, implied he might have been guilty of inappropriate actions, talked a/b him constantly. (even though they had an agmt NOT to discuss each other.  MJ held up his pt of that agmt, she never did She even stalked him, while having the audacity to claim he was following Her!! 

 

Before it all went bad.....

In the beg'ng when Brett introduced them, they became friends, but Lisa was so enamored with MJ that she was willing to leave her then husband-Danny to do a faux marriage with MJ. 

Yes, Lisa KNEW it was a ROLE, and not a marriage. There was just NO way for her not to know... It had 0 chc of working if they kept her in the dark.. + She got PAID!  Let that sink in. So she KNEW...

Why did he worry about  Lisa turning against him?

MJ had strong reservations when it came to doing the faux marriage. His Mgmt begged him to do it, and he knew he needed the diversion so he could fight the false chges, But. he feared Lisa getting hurt. He worried, bc she had such strong feelings, for him. He also worried  she'd become a hellcat if she got angry or felt disrespected.  

This is why he asked Brooke to do it, AFTER LISA had already said YES. because he  DID care for Lisa, and did not want her to get hurt. He KNEW he wasn't over Diana, but he was struggling to move on.  His Mgmt kept assuring him it would all work out fine, and she would KNOW everything. That it was to last only 2 yrs.  They would have separate homes, lives , interests and accts.  Lisa's only  job was to look pretty, behave like a loving wife, and accompany him to preset events.  They were going to have STAGED pics and give the world something to focus on, while he fought the false chges.

That which he feared came upon him....

But I think what when down between them is exactly what MJ feared. After DR, he expected her to abide by the terms of their agmt. and she decided she wanted  MJ to be her husband, FOR REAL. He didn't see it that way.  Once she fell for him, She became needy and obsessed.She called his mgmt Co daily. Crying, screaming, demanding to know where he was! But MJ threatened to fire anyone who told her! So they didn't. and she began calling all of his companies, his lawyers, his family etc. Then she began almost stalking him.  Fol'wg and seeking him out, turned him off, and he seemed to lose alot of attraction to her. When he didn't reciprocate her feelings, Lisa grew more angry and desperate.   MJ gave an interv in Aug of 94 , a few short months after DR, and seemed almost Desperate to end the sham marriage. He told Niles Rogers  He just wanted OUT... and that he'd made a horrible mistake. Niles suggested Annulm't since he KNEW the marriage was not valid. ..

 MJ was asked specifically in 3 different intervs if he loved Lisa,  all 3 times he said he cared, he LIKED her, and wished her well. but it was clear (to anyone with a brain, that he was NOT in love with her)  When it comes to men, I think most women know they can and will often SAY ANYTHING, they deem necessary, but their body language and ACTIONS will give them away every time. 

MJ put love notes on cds to ANOTHER woman!  He did shout outs saying he loved ANOTHER woman. He spent a fortune on that OTHER woman, Named things for her, Called OTHER woman his soulmate and his world, said Most of his songs were for her, and Put her in the Wifey Spot of his will!! While his alleged "Wife" was EXCLUDED!!

Who MJ  REALLY WANTED TO MARRY....

Consider this. In the mid 80s, MJ thought he was going to marry Diana,  He had planned to do it at the St Romaine Church in Switzerland (where he had always planned to marry Di) 

He had chosen the most prestigious church in all of Switzerland, he had planned an unlimited budget in the area of 3 Million dollars! he was going to spare no expense and give Diana the wedding of her dreams,  all the bells and whistles ... When his Atty brought up Prenup, he said MJ nearly fired him! and said NO Prenups period. .

He planned to invite his ENTIRE family and fly them in if nec. to see him marry his 'dream girl' Of course Diana got cold feet due to age harassment by media, and she ran away, sadly...

But compare that to the 99.00 trailer park special, wedding he gave Lmp!!  Notice when he 'married' Lisa, NO family, not even his mom was invited (becuz he knew it was fake, so why invite his mom n fam to a fake event? Notice also the cheap tacky motel, No cake, No decorations,  No confetti, not even rice! Completely NO frills. and  No family, just a cheap motel rm and MJ in street clothe, and chewing gum! (In the melanated community, this is considered very disrespectful! But basically a 10 yr old child, could have thrown a nicer wedding, than he gave Lisa.  But since it was completely fake, He probably figured it didn't matter..

Michael made sure marriage was NOT legal:

MJ did 5 specific things to make sure he was NOT MARRIED to LMP

1. He took her to DR KNOWING her divorce was only 1 month prior. He knew about DR having an 11 month post -divorce  moratorium before remarriage because he had studied the laws before he went there. He knew anything less than 11 months was Unlawful =  VOID

2. He paid Hugo Alvarez  (The Minister ) to officiate the ceremony 4 and 1/2 HOURS outside his jurisdiction. Meaning  OUTSIDE of where he was Legally allowed to marry people. IOW,s  Doing a ceremony OUTSIDE his jurisdiction  = VOID -Not married

3. MJ filled out ppwk with  erroneous information and had his mother's occupation listed as a 'domestic!'  He misspelled names, and left off mandatory info. He was warned that missing or falsified info would be grounds for immediate dismissal of marital application, and he reportedly said that was 'fine'..   Of course ppwk was rejected and voided..(obviously this is what he WANTED to happen)..

4.  He had the ceremony filmed at the tacky little motel rm with all the IDENTIFYING  items on full display, Knowing they put on the ppwk that they were being married several hrs away at the home of Alvarez! One may ask, 'But didn't he know by filming it, it was easy to SEE he was at the motel and NOT at  Hugo's home? 

Answer - Yes. that was the whole point in filming it! If Lisa had come after him for so much as a single marital asset, He KNEW once the video was seen, it would be obvious it took place at the motel and NOT  at Hugo's home.. And because the motel was 4 hrs OUTSIDE Hugo's jurisdiction = Automatic Void..

5. MJ deliberately went to a country OUTSIDE the US so that Lisa could not enact any American laws on her behalf. America could NOT help her fleece Michael in anyway, since the ceremony did not happen here, and was NOT subject to any American rules. People think Lisa was so benevolent she didn't ask for anything in the divorce. Truth is, she Couldn't.  A. she knew too much scrutiny would reveal a fraudulent marriage. and B. Too much scrutiny would prove she was still married to Danny when she went to DR!  Danny had flown in a month before Lmp in order to get divorce, but he had mocked DR laws by NOT following Any lawful mandates, and his divorce had been denied! He and Lisa were still married when Lisa /MJ flew in to 'supposedly marry' IOWs  of course this more than voided it, It made it Illegal!..

Of course, DWA was NOT for Lisa. MJ was RUNNING AWAY from her! He was also asking ppl to make her stop fol'wg him, and harassing his family.

 What fool in their right mind would want to work it out with a vindictive woman with a thirst for hate and revenge.  Lisa trashed MJ so badly, The prosecutor put her on THEIR list to testify against him!!  She trashed n bashed him on Stern, RS Mag/ GQ/ Mirror Mag, Playgirl / newspapers/ indiv reporters/ and on and on. She was giving trashing intervs 12 deep at a time!!!  MJ didn't just WALK away he RAN AWAY From her and all her toxic hate!  Then after he passed, Lisa had the nerve to try to step in, and PRETEND SHE was  his widow, and the love of his life!! After trashing him for over 10 yrs!! She even had the nerve to say she loved him desperately! Seems she has a very strange definition of love! She stalked him, fol'wd him, ran around screaming he was on drugs (Even after he passed  Sev'l drug tests! )  She still kept lying on him. She tried to have him arrested in 95, for drugs even though he was nowhere near her! & she had no idea what he was doing!  In 95, the police gave them Both DTs, and as expected, LISA is the one who failed! (shocker) Lisa later claimed to love MJ, but we ALL saw her JOIN the world in bullying him bc she was angry he REFUSED to take her back!! WE all saw her torment, harass, follow, lie continuously, and Malign him just because she saw he was still very much in deep, and endless love with Diana, and it obviously pissed her off.  But there was a time, when she had a REAL chc with MJ, at one pt, he was feeling her, but she acted so ugly and vengeful, he was completely turned off. That's why when ppl kept trying to get him to talk about Lisa, he kept REFUSING to comment, saying he just wished her the best.... He knew better than to feed into the nonsense.. DWA about Lisa? What a joke!! Lisa was a nightmare for him, and  the last thing MJ planned to do, was take her back!  That's why he NEVER DID!  All her stalking, harassing, and bullying did nothing but let him KNOW he made the right choice when he dumped her....

DWA was about Diana Ross and his inability to get over her.. MJ never made ANY songs for Lisa. 

Just like NO dedications for Lisa, No Naming anything for Lisa. No shout outs for Lisa, No houses/Cars/Boats/and diamonds for Lisa. But Diana got ALL that and more! Just what Lisa deserved, after the way she trashed him....

So WHO walked away?

In 1999, Diana called MJ crying. She said she was divorcing Arne. and that she needed him. MJ was with Debbie, who was in the backgrd begging him to hang up.  Of course he didn't. He pushed Debbie away, and told Di to hang on, he was on his way. He told his staff to get his bags stat and told his secretary to clear his entire sched. Debbie said it was very difficult to even get 5 minutes of his time, yet when Di called, he dropped everything else, and flew to her side. He was there an Entire Week! Letting her know he loved her and would always be there for her. On the way back at the airport, he called his Atty and told him to start the ppwk to divorce Debbie! At this point MJ thought for sure Diana would be his. He wined & Dined Diana, loved her and spoiled her, and let her know he'd always love her. But  Di decided AGAIN She could not marry him, and to just be secret lovers (Again walking away from him) 

This is why he asked "How he could begin again, and how was he to understand.  He had tried for yrs and yrs to live without Diana and it had been horrible on his psyche. He had asked a thousand times why she left him, and why they could just not be a happy married couple

He couldn't understand why DIANA kept walking away....  To tell the truth, I don't understand either! I think Diana was trippin....

What the hell was Diana Thinking????

 How fake is this shit??/ Cavorting with the BITCH who tried to destroy Michael and his Legacy!!!  Shame on you Diana!!!

Recently, Diana Ross shouted out Oprah (BITCH) Winfrey to say happy Birthday. I'm utterly disappointed in Diana for obvious reasons! Oprah was the very one who was behind LVD giving it credence and a platform and a big name to make it more damaging and believable! 

Oprah KNEW very well, that mockumentary was fake! When it was examined, it was obvious it was never an off the cuff interv (like those morally bankrupt, morons, and monsters pretended it was) It was a carefully rehearsed and planned attack on an incredible, kind,loving  wonderful, but vulnerable deceased king who had given everything he had to this ungrateful irrepressibly evil, and undeserving world!!

But the point is, Evil Oprah didn't even bother to verify a damn thing! She gleefully ran with it! Rubbing her fat frumpy hands together in anticipation of being down her Nemesis! She's been angry at the king for yrs because he saw right thru her during their interview in the 90s. He didn't like the way she kept refocusing on his skin after he'd already told her what was going on with his skin. 

 She kept trying to embarrass him (Like the fat bitch she is!)  When he side stepped her antics, and made it clear he would NEVER entertain another interview with her, she was furious. Her interview with the king, had put her firmly on the map to stardom,immortality and influence. The ratings were so tremendously high, (We all know MJ can put Asses in the seats like NOBODY ELSE) that her ppl put undue pressure on her to get MJ in for another interview, but he did NOT like her attitude, and staunchly refused. Oprah tried again and again to no avail. 

This angered her greatly, and she sought revenge. I wondered if that was the impetus behind her inviting Lisa and her judgmental mother on later on. Because at one point Priscilla said something  like

 "Well I don't want to be catty (Or nasty,) something like that, and Oprah interjected with a crooked, evil sneaky smile) No NO! go ahead and be Nasty!! "  Then she and her audience of middle aged, bad skin hags all laughed, cattily. I don't think Lisa appreciated her humor too much because she didn't look amused...

But back to LND. Oprah endorsed, promoted and publicized this bogus televised smear campaign, and when it blew up and proved to be the piece of lying FILTH it was, she backed off and pretended she had barely any involvement. I can't STAND O, and I hope that bitch gets everything she has coming to her! I have a feeling she will. but the reason I, and many other moonwalkers are angry at Diana is easy to understand. Why the hell would she shout out and call FRIEND the bitch who stabbed Michael in the back every chance she got?? Diana was well aware of what Oprah was doing and the smear campaign she had waged against MJ just because he didn't want anything else to do with her..

 

To me Diana acted like an idiot. She's too damn middle of the road! Everything in her life is set up to cause the LEAST amt of controversy and ruckus! She needs to get a backbone! 

When on Oprah show, I remember Prissy was laughing at MJ and Oprah was laughing with her, Lisa said, "Mother stop it, that's not true!"  And both of them responded to the anger in her voice and quieted down, I remember my respect for Lisa shot up, because she showed, she had a backbone.  But it's very sad that the woman Michael would have walked thru fire for in gasoline shoes, would cavort and befriend the same BITCH who made Mike's life hell, and then tried her best to destroy his legacy after he was gone! Diana, all I can say is "What the Hell were you thinking???"

You think Stephanie Mills would have allowed that to go down? She would have NEVER.... She knows that love and loyalty go hand in hand. Too bad the love of his life doesn't seem to know that!!

I just think its rly messed up. especially given the fact that MJ tried to marry her for YEARS, loved and adored her, spoiled her rotten, and gave his heart unconditionally to her, in the meantime, he could not get her to come out of the closet, and even acknowledge him! Diana played games for yrs. promising to marry him, then backing out, and breaking his heart again and again. But now she says Happy B-day to the bitch who tried to destroy him!! And even calls her FRIEND!!!   I'm so mad at her right now, I really cannot fathom what she was thinking. But I have NO words for Ms Ross right now..

When the one you love....(Loves someone else...)

Milla turned over in the large bed and gazed at Michael. He was sleeping, snoring soundly. He looked so serene and beautiful. She smiled happily moving in closer to wrap her arms around his middle and just feel closer to him. Seemed she couldn't get close enough. He was always so busy, it was very hard to get any of his time. She felt so happy to see him and hold him, touch him.... She tried to move into his arms, but it was difficult because of his position. She settled for laying against him so she could look up into his beautiful face. 

"I love you"  She murmured. He smiled in his sleep. " I love you too baby" He said back sleepily.  Milla's heart jumped. He'd finally said it back! She was so excited, she leaned in, as he went on...

" Ever since I eyes on you in that Gold dress, I knew YOU were the one. Its's always been you baby, and it's always gonna be you-"

"What?" Milla, felt her breath  expel hard. What the hell, she didn't own a gold dress!! She slapped his arm hard. Mike's confused eyes flew open. 

,"What...What's wrong?  he asked, looking alarmed.

"You're talking in your sleep. she told him. Who is it that you love so much and have since you met her in some gold dress??  She could see the instant knowing in his gorgeous brown eyes but Like men often do, He played dumb. He shrugged, while shaking his head. 

" I... I don't know- how the hell am I sup'd to know what I' say in my damn sleep?" he asked, irritated. " This is ridiculous - I'm going home.."

"No!" Milla cried. She flew over the bed, and grabbed his arm. Her big brown cheeks scrunched up like they always did when she was upset, or about to cry. Michael looked at her like she'd lost it. He gently pulled his arm free, and turned to face her. 

" Look, Milla, I care about you. I do, but you gotta calm down. I'm here, and I care, but I don't need MORE stress in my life"

Milla sat on the edge trying to pull herself together, struggling to find the courage to ask what she  needed to know...  

"But... but are you in love with s'one else?"

Mike turned away,  "What...what gives you that idea?" He stalled, knowing good and well it was what he'd said in his sleep. 

"Yes or No," she demanded.  Michael pulled himself up abruptly. All 6 ft of him. " You sure know how to ruin a nice evening!" he said softly.  With that, he grabbed his clothes and headed for the shower....

Milla lowered her plain face into her hands and dabbed away bitter tears, What couldn't he just say no? she thought desperately....

By the time Milla arrived at the Studio, for her audition, she was almost late. She still looked a little worn and sad, but she knew her voice would make up for it. She had a phenomenal voice and she knew it. They were asking her to sing Home again, for the production of Oz. She was trying to get the lead, especially since Michael would also be in it.  The thought of being with him all day during rehearsals, set her heart aflutter.  So when her turn came, she set the roof on fire, and made sure everyone could hear her phenomenal voice... As the song ebbed to an end, and she belted out the last few chords. The crowds around the stage went crazy clapping and smiling at her.  She smiled gratefully at the producers knowing she had done an amazing job. Her voice had done it again  She wanted this part in Oz so bad she could taste it. She was giddy with excitement. She couldn't wait to hear that she won the part. She glanced at Ted Lugent (Head producer,) for some reason he looked pensive, and a bit ill at ease.  He nodded to her, and half smiled. With that, Milla knew she had secured the part, but felt bad for Ted. He had to tell the other girls not to bother, and there were sure to be alot of broken hearts.  But that's life, she told herself...After all, I did just bring the house down!'  She moved off to the right so the last girl could waste her time trying to outsing her..

She could hear the poor girl wailing like a wounded animal as she headed for the dressing room.  " Oh Lord! she thought wryly.  why did she bother?.

Michael let himself into his penthouse suite. He was still thinking about the conversation with Milla the other day and he felt riddled with guilt. He had to talk to HER about this. This whole thing was making him sick.  He threw his keys harshly on the counter, But as he turned the corner, there she was.  Looking positively perfect in one of his oversized shirts, and probably nothing but panties underneath. He stared at her, as she brushed her tousled dark hair from her beautiful face and looked up at him. 

As usual, he found himself mesmerized and speechless, at her soft ethereal beauty.  But remembering that they needed to talk, he squared his wide shoulders and reminded himself to NOT get caught up in those big brown eyes.

"Diana, we need to talk," he said solemnly.  A smile played about her pretty lips. She cocked her head to the side and looked up at him, her mouth pursed in humor.  Mike found himself slightly irritated. This whole thing was NOT funny. They could be doing some serious emotional pain to Milla, and she didn't deserve it, and his spoiled , beautiful Girl friend seemed to think it was funny!

  " I'm glad you find this funny!" he snapped. Diana chuckled. " Oh honey,  She's not THAT ugly! she joked. "And all you have to do is date her for a few more months to throw off the press! 

Michael raised his hands on his head. "Diana," he said slowly.  " I don't want Her to get hurt!" 

"That's right. " Diana teased. " I forgot how easily women fall in love with you, then blow their brains out when they can't have you' " Poor creatures!"

Mike swung around and glared at her so sternly, she stepped back a little.  Looking at her spoiled beautiful face, he suddenly knew exactly how to get thru to her.  He brought his fingers to his lips and shook his head slightly.  

"Well, you see baby, I'm just worried I'm falling for Her!"  "Waiiitttt - wahhhht!  .. Diana swung around to face him. "What did you say?" she demanded, laughing in disbelief

Michael shrugged. " Well, I Didn't mean for it to happen Di, but she was just so sweet and vulnerable. - And you know me and my need to play savior" 

Now Diana's beautiful face, was etched in surprise, and she clearly still didn't believe it.  " Yeah ok... she mocked.  listen Michael J Jackson, You' better be playing! Michael flung his hands up, hating  himself for the sacrifice he was about to make. 

" I can't even make love to you right now Di.  Much as I want to , because... well because I... I got nothin left. I just did Milla you see, and- well.... I'm spent.

Diana was starring at him , looking for signs he was playing. but there were none. Slowly, her smile slid away.  She stepped back to stare at him again. 

 'Are you serious?' she asked  unblinking Michael nodded.  "Well, you know, you told me to make it seem real so I- "  

He  never got the chance to finish that sentence before Diana's right hand shot out and slapped him hard across the face. Her eyes were blazing .

She actually slapped him so hard, he could tell, she hurt her hand. 

" You.... SLEPT With he r??' She screamed. 

Michael leaned angrily into her face,  "You're the one who told me to make it look and FEEL Real -Remember?" His voice was slow and deliberate. He was tired of her games. 

"Hey, I only did what YOU wanted babe!"

He taunted, HE was angry AF. she slapped him, and he was dangerously close to slapping her pretty ass back! Diana had her hands on her temples, like she had a serious migraine.  

"I don't believe this!!" she was still yelling. "I never gave you permission to do ANYTHING like that!! I told you-"

" Permission!!"  Mike's tone was rising to match hers.  "Since when do I need permission from YOU to do anything! I'm your MAN Diana, not your damn property! and if you hadn't been too scared to let people KNOW I was your man, we wouldn't be in this spot!" 

Diana glared into his face.  "P e r m i s s i o n!" She repeated slow and deliberately, Looking him in the eye. 

 " I didn't give you PERMISSION to FUCK anyone! and that's why You just became a Single man!! She hissed between clenched teeth.

 With that she snatched off her eng'mt ring and flung it at him, with enough force to put out an eye!

Everything went still, Michael couldn't move. He could only stare in abject horror as the love of his life grabbed her clothes, not even bothering to put her pants on, she stormed out the door, He heard the brand new Mercedes, he'd bought her less than a 6 months ago, start, and speed away.. 

"NO!" was the only word that came out of his horrified dry lips. "No, no no, Diana No way!  No, Diana please!" But she was gone. He sunk down to the table as his big racking sobs filled the air....

Jake Tesmont and Ted Lugent stood watching a last minute audition, the woman was pretty, damned pretty with smooth brown skin, big brown eyes, and shiny curls. She was belting out Home again with passion and feeling. Her voice was really good, but Not as good as Milla Stehies. But it didn't matter because she more than made up for it. She lit the stage up with grace, beauty, and presence. She was confident and spontaneous. Ted felt 'drawn to her magnetism and natural sensuality. He knew the audiences would feel the same. Jake was watching his old friend, amused.  She's got that J'ne sais quoi don't she?"  Ted could only shake his head, having a hard time pulling his eyes away from this pretty woman. " More than that!" He quipped. "She's the whole damn package!" "Ya think we can get her?"

Jake spread his pale arms. " She came to audition -didn't she?" Ted smiled. " Yeah, Yeah she did!"  Grab her man! Don't let her get away!" 

Jake nodded, and beckoned Diana to come to him. She stood starring at him, but made no move.  Confusion registered on his face as he glanced toward Ted. But Ted had gotten the hint in a second. He KNEW  exactly the type of woman she was, the kind used to getting things HER way. He gave his friend a little push.  'Go to HER!" he hissed.

Jake headed over feeling a little irritated. He was a jr producer, and she was the ONE AUDITIONING, after all. She had ALOT of nerve! But as he got closer, she gave him a warm smile that melted his anger instantly. " Hi Jake!, She stuck her tiny hand out and he took it, and lost in her  big pretty eyes, he instinctively bent his head to kiss her hand. Diana cleared her throat. Jake looked up into her, pretty but amused face.   " Uh... I think my man would prefer if you SHOOK my hand,"  she laughed lightly. 

Jake reddened. "I... I don't know why I did that.. Ms Ross I apologize..."  She flipped her hand. "No worries, not a problem" She said flippantly. 

So... I take it, you fellas are happy with my audition?

Jake bit his tongue in an effort not to sound over eager.  " Uh yes... we'd like to offer you the part! - You're exactly what we've been looking for!"

"Of course I am, " Diana said smugly. Smiling up at Jake. " I'm ALWAYS what people are looking for!" She laughed gaily. she took the paperwk from him, before heading off toward the dressing rm.  If only I could bottle her confidence, Jake thought to himself, watching her walk away.. I could Retire selling that!

Milla pushed open the doors leading from Ted Lugent's elaborate office. She was struggling hard to hold back the tears until she could get to the dressing room.  She didn't get the part!! She couldn't believe it! Diana got it. "But she can't sing like me!" She'd wailed at Lugent and his Co producer, Jack.  

"She doesn't need to," Jack had told her patiently.

"She's dripping in stage appeal!_Something people can't buy with all the gold in fort knox. She's charismatic, beautiful, enchanting, confident and a solidly Good singer. She's perfect!"

Milla didn't bother to argue further. What was the point? They're faces were set and resolute. She had stopped in a dark corner and tried to call her man, but he had not answered her in 4 days! she didn't know what was going on, but sometimes he was really busy, and just had no time, but she really needed him now!  

She burst thru the dressing room doors, only to see Mable Moor and Lola fallon  sitting at the dressing table, surrounding Diana, the boss herself. She was in the mirror, looking at herself, trying on mascara.  As if those big ass eyes need More attention!!  Milla thought to herself, then she groaned.  This was Just what she needed, Diana (who had Never liked her, and her no good friends)

This girl is Crazzeee! lola was telling Mable. with Diana laughing in the middle

"Did you hear about her jumping in the poor boy's lap on that Hawaiian Cruise? Manny said The boy got so excited, they needed a crane to pull his dick down!!"

 "OMG!"  Mable was laughing so hard she was doubled over, " I swear this pretty bitch could make a crippled man walk!" What' kinda powers you got Diana,?  I want some!" "Diana, was laughing thru her denials. " I did NOT do that! " Manny is lying!" 

"He always li_"  

She spotted Milla and stopped, in fact they all turned and stared...

" uh, Millie?" Mable was looking at her with a strange expression. " This dressing room was taken and redone, for Diana Only! 

"Uh... It's Milla... "  Milla corrected her. 

All 3 of them seemed to laugh at the same time. "So your name is Millie M I L L S? " lola quipped.

"Millah. " Milla snapped.  She was struggling harder now to hold hot tears back. 

"So.... MILLAH!" Diana said slowly.  Are you mad because I got the part and you didn't?" 

Milla tried to shake her head No, without releasing pent up tears.  

"Oh,... well don't worry about it'!" Diana brushed away her concerns with a manicured hand. 

It was Never going to be YOU anyway! They didn't like your LOOK! " So if it wasn't me it would have been one of MY friends. lola, or Mable. It was NEVER going to be YOU!"

Milla drew a ragged breath and turned to leave before she ripped out Diana's dark curls. 

But Diana obviously wasn't done. She was looking at her in the mirror, and her expression was dark with something mysterious lurking about the edges. Was it fear? Pain, she wasn't sure...but it was something...

"By the way Millie?"  Milla turned and looked at her thru glowering eyes. She'd had enough of this woman mispronouncing her name, and throwing her  perfect  perfect life in her face.

Diana moved close to the mirror, as if it were Milla's face. And for the first time, she wasn't laughing. in fact, she looked deadly serious. 

"The Part's NOT THE ONLY THING THAT's MINE Girl! 

Milla shook her head in confusion. " I don't know what you're talking about?" she snapped. Feeling like, she didn't really WANT to know, she turned and ran out, she just needed to get out of there now!

Since Milla still hoped to get the  Broadway part, she kept watching the rehearsals. Oz was shaping up to be a great production. On Friday, she made it a point to be there because Michael would be rehearsing for the 1st time. She was so nervous to see him because he'd been completely unavailable for the past 4 weeks, Not even able to get to the phone. She finally caught glimpse of him playing the scarescow 

wow! they sure made him lose alot of weight!  she thought. He looked too thin and looked like he'd been hanging on a pole crying. He looked very true to life. But he was fabulous in the part, and she loved his singing, As they took a break, she saw Diana going past looking at him with... concern  on her face. Mike looked like he was in a corner crying. But she figured he was probably just reading the notes. But as Di walked by, He looked up and their eyes met and to Milla's shock he was crying!  But she could see something else.  When he looked at Diana his eyes were full of love! She could see it clear as day! She shook her head and looked again.  Michael's eyes locked on Diana like a missile target. And Milla could see the naked hunger on his face. Diana was holding a stack of script papers, but suddenly, she dropped them, and opened her arms, and Mike  seemed to fly into them. One second he was crying in the corner, and the next They were locked in a powerful embrace, then they started to kiss hungrily, then they were  just Gone! Milla was standing there looking on in horrified, fascination. Then the  horrible truth began to smack her in the face. Could Diana have been talking about Michael?  She moved from the seats, and ran smack into Lola, she HAD to know what the hell was going on!  Lola looked at her stricken face, and averted her gaze.

"So I guess you know NOW, huh?"  Her tone was low but not mocking this time, she actually sounded almost compassionate.  

"Not quite, " Milla stormed. "Where did she go with MY boyfriend? "  

Lola stepped back and looked at her the way one looks at a mentally challenged child.  "Honey, don't play yourself - that's HER MAN! She just LENT him to you, and now she's taking him back!"

Milla shook her head trying to blot out the naked hunger she just saw on Mike's face when he looked at Diana,  It can't be true!

" No, " she said resolutely.  "Mike loves Me!"  Even to her own ears her voice sounded hollow and desperate. Lola, shook her head sadly.  

" I'm sorry Milla, You're a sweet person,  you really are, but  He loves that woman more than Sugar loves sweet!! You NEVER had a chance of getting him!"

Milla had to sit down as the realization of everything came over her. Mike was NEVER her man! He belonged to Diana!! but Di had used her as a cover to throw off the paparazzi!  It all made horribly clear sense now the gold dress, the calling out her name and claiming he was singing the song with her name! The starring at her picture all the time and so on

Milla stumbled from the room feeling like she was going to hurl. She desperately needed air! Outside, she heard the crew looking for Michael and Diana,  Then she heard the Tin Man say, 

"They off making love somewhere, They'll be back in bout 2 hours. Yall just work around them..."

 

By the time Milla reached her car, she was blinded by tears. How could she have been so stupid? She thought of all the times she cleaned Mike's home and washed his drawers, and waited on him hand n foot, and Diana's laughing face! knowing all along, that was HER Man, But she let Milla think he was hers!! Her anger became a slow boil, and she knew she'd make That bitch pay if it was the last thing she ever did....
